RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At VC Furniture and Design, we want you to love your new furniture. If you're not satisfied, we offer returns and refunds under certain conditions.

Returns

- You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return
- Products must be in original condition, unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed
- Some products (e.g. custom-made, sale items) may not be eligible for return

Refund

- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product
- Refunds are made to the original payment method
- You'll receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus any delivery costs

Damaged or Defective Products

- Report any damage or defects within 3 days of delivery
- We'll arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference

Exchanges

- If you'd like to exchange for a different product, contact us within 7 days of delivery, we'll assist with the exchange process
